We source all of our products from high quality British designers and manufactures of beautiful jewellery. We check every product for authenticity and quality to guarantee that your are happy with your choice.

How often do you replace your products?

Every few months our partners bring out new ranges. We aim to have these with us within a month to keep our jewellery current and relevant.

You can use our Ring Size Chart which will give you a good indication of size. Please contact us if you need any further help and we can guide you through some other ideas.

Yes. All our jewellery is hallmarked at one of the UK’s Government Regulated Assay offices. UK Hallmarks are a sign of quality around the world.

How can I clean my Jewellery?

It depends what material your jewellery is made from:

Silver: When your not wearing your jewellery and you leave it out, it will start to oxidise in the air, which sends it a dirty colour. You can prevent this from happening by putting it in a sealable air tight bag. Also spray your perfume and apply creams and allow them to dry before you put your jewellery on. If you forget as we all do,  You can use a silver cloth  as a silver cloth will not damage pearls or stones. If you have intricately patterned jewellery the best and very effective way to clean it is use an old tooth brush with toothpaste, you will be amazed at the results and delighted to have the sparkle return.



Do you offer a maintenance service for your jewellery?

No at the moment we don’t. There are a some great people that do, so let us know and we can point you in the right direction.

Do you offer a warranty with any of your products?

A lot of our partners do offer a warranty, which we pass on directly to you. Check the product description to see if each individual product comes with a warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following method of payments: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Personal Cheque, Bank Draft, Building Society Cheque, Cash (by visiting us in person only and subject to HMRC defined limits), BACS Transfer, CHAPS Transfer, PayPal, LMG Card, and Pay4Later.

Can I have a refund if the product isn't satisfactory

We want you to be completely happy with your Jewellery, but if you are not then please return any unused products in it’s original packaging to us for a full refund.
